The Authority regularly audits licensed food production businesses to ensure food safety compliance. This is your assurance that the products you buy from Giglio’s are the best quality possible.

Halal Chicken

Australia is a multi–cultural society with different customs, traditions and foods. Halal food does not alter the taste of the product. Being a small-scale, fresh poultry production business allows us to provide 100% Halal chicken. It is hand slaughtered onsite by a member of the Islamic community in accordance with their tradition.

All processing complies with NSW Food Safety Authority and current Model Code of Practice for the Welfare of Animals – Live Stock at Slaughtering Establishments.
